Throwback Thursday: Meet the Co-Owner pt 1

This Thursday we are going to give you a throw back... Come and get to know us.

Hi all, I am Jenni, the other co-founder of Scentsational Gypsies.  I am so excited to share a little bit about myself with you!  First of all I am a mother of two wonderful children, ages 6 and 10.  They are the light of my life and one of the main reasons I became interested in Essential Oils.  As a mother, I have always looked for a more natural, less chemical approach to all things in my home.  When my first child was born, I decided to ditch the chemicals around my home for a more safe clean.  You can never be too safe when it comes to your child.  My home was now safe for them when it came to cleaning, but the rest of my life, not so much.

Being a wife has also given me another direction for my oily journey.  Not only has my husband been supportive, but he has also been a great guinea pig.  Whether it be sleepless nights, balancing chakras, or helping him quit smoking, he has let me try it all on him.  All our formulas have been used by my family to insure they work.  

As you may have come to the conclusion, I’ve been working with these products for many years.  It is hard for me to choose just one oil that is my favorite.  We use Lavender almost daily (My littlest still has trouble sleeping through the night)!  I love cleaning with Lemongrass.   I also use a Meditation blend while I practice Yoga.  My nightly routine involves Frankincense and Geranium.  There is not one day that oils are not used in my life.  

Scentsational Gypsies has been a thought in my mind for the last three years.  I started out with my first oil kit back in 2013.  Right away, I was able to put my knowledge of natural things and my knowledge of plants to use to create the most unbelievable mixtures.   I knew that I needed to use this knowledge to help people.  I started small by making thing for my family and for friends.  In 2015 I had the idea of getting these products to the public, but I knew that it was a huge undertaking to do alone.  That is when I found out that my friend for the last 10 years (and now co-founder) loved essential oils as well!  The rest will go down in history!!

This is just a little about me, my life through essential oils, and some of my experiences.  I am so happy to share more with you through our testimonials and other postings we will have throughout this blog.  Keep coming daily for a new product, motivation, new application, or just a funny clip.
